One moment of patience may ward off great disaster. One moment of impatience may ruin a whole life
—Chinese Proverb
Impatience is the mental situation where one is feeling anxiety, tension or frustration without waiting for the correct time to come. I strongly believe that each of the things in life has its own happening time. Our duty is to keep trying. A person becomes impatience because he is constantly eying on the result. And hence he becomes impatience. According to GEETA — A person should do his duties/work and leave the results/ outcomes to GOD. And live a happy life with patience.
For example: A person get tense/impatience because he desires that clock should run for 48 hours in a day’s time. He does not have patience and sometime knowledge that clock runs only 24 hour in a day’s time.
Hence to have patience for anything is more important.
Keys to achieve the patience are:
Try to encourage yourself,
If your are impatience because of some GOALS, try to split the same into small-small manageable goals
Focus on the positive steps you have made
Be friendly to yourself and have a faith in GOD
Patience is one of the great virtues a person can have!! And everybody is having that virtue but lots of humans are impatience to find the patience within.
Thanks a lot for showing patience in reading this article.

Goal setting is a powerful process for thinking about your ideal future, and for motivating yourself to achieve that future. The future may be near one or far one. That is your goal can be a short term or long term.
The process of setting goals helps you choose where you want to go in life. By knowing precisely what you want to achieve, you know where you have to concentrate your efforts. You’ll also quickly spot the distractions that would otherwise lure you from your course
More than this, properly set goals can be incredibly motivating, and as you get into the habit of setting and achieving goals, you’ll find that your self-confidence builds fast. At each step when you are near to goal you will get more satisfaction out of it.
As human lives many life together.. like professional , social , personal etc etc. So to live life fully it will be great that one can have many simultaneous goals in each of his life
There are many people who do not know when they want to go. There are going as life takes them. And fortunately life takes then to the best place. But all are not happy enough to have such situation in life
So reaching to a comfort zone in life through goal is advisable
I wish that everybody sets a goal that where is wants to see himself no loner but 4-5 years down the life. Life is too short and act according, find out what you like.. What you love to do
The joy of knowing where you want to go and then reaching there is great
Keys are:
Deciding what is important for you to achieve in your life
Separating what is important from what is irrelevant, or a distraction
Motivating yourself; and
Building your self-confidence, based on successful achievement of goals

There are lots of things in life which we keep on ignoring for a long time. But some how after a long time the process called self realization happens and we can value the things which we are ignoring….. Fitness is such a thing on which I am going to talk today.
The day you develop the killing instinct for any thing you want to achieve in life, you are under going self realization phase and you are very near to you goal. To achieve any thing in life developing the killing instinct is the key. Killing instinct… Total dedication towards your goal makes you feel happy like never before. Because this is the phase where your mind directly communicates to you soul.
Let me speak about the physical fitness.
To make your self fit and develop the stamina one has to make up his mind first.
Some of the steps which once can follow in order to be fit.
1) Get an eye on you weight, waist, Body Mass Index (BMI). If you are over weight just get the desired weight first at any cost. There are lots of adverse effects of being over weight. Same holds true being under weight.
2) Never use elevator, stair case is the best!
3) Keep track of tea/coffee you are taking in a day and the calories you are putting by having the same (Think that by taking 100 ml Tea with sugar you have to climb may be 400 stairs.)
4) Stop all junk food , fat rich food products
5) Take plenty of water , fruits , green vegetables
6) Make a schedule of taking food. Do not take food in between if feeling hungry take some water!!
7) Do not sleep more than 6-7 hours
Be active during day
9) At least do exercise 30-45 minutes a day. Once can start with walking and then brisk walking and then jogging and finally running. Or any exercise will do. Exercises help you to slow down the aging as well.
