Change
According to the dictionary the literal meaning of change is “To exchange for or replace with another, usually of the same kind or category “
There are 2 types of change as far as human life and emotions are concern. One which makes us happy and other which keeps lots of thoughts blurred inside us……….
I would like to discuss the first kind of change in today’s blog.
Have you ever thought that why do we like week ends more? It not just because we do have to work over week ends but also because it gives us breaks from our routine office life.
Why do we like night’s sleep? Simply because it gives us the break from our daily life and re-energize our soul and body.
There many such change which makes us happy. And because of this change we try to look the things from different angle. On week ends we understand the value of week days and vice versa.
Try to change your routine life to enjoy it at fullest. Following are some of the things which can be tried to feel the difference.
Like decide one day not to use laptop/internet. Enjoy the free time reading new paper, taking an evening walk etc…
Decide one day not to use you car and use public transport to commute.Tough one though
By doing so you will value your car more then before. Human mentality is what we have we do not value and what we do not have we like much. And once we get what we like, we forget it’s importance. Its whole cycle. So there are many such small lessons to be learned from a small change.
Decide one day not to watch TV.
On the same principal whole concept of eating out in good restaurant is base, even our tongue and stomach likes change.
Note: Above are purely my views. I would like to see comment if you have different views or you is not agreeing to me.
